Born on 8 January, 1963 in the village of Novotroitsk, Alamedinsky district, the Republic of Kyrgyzstan
EDUCATION
In 1987 he graduated from the Moscow Order of the Red Banner of Labour Institute of National Economy named after G.V. Plekhanov majoring in Industrial Planning. In 1993 he graduated from the Academy of the Federal Security Service with a degree “Officer with Higher Special Education”
