DECLARATION ON THE POLICY OF ACHIM DEVELOPMENT LLC
IN THE FIELD OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY

1. GOALS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ACHIM DEVELOPMENT LLC TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ACCIDENTS AT HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES

1.1. Achim Development LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is fully aware of its responsibility to society in the field of industrial safety (hereinafter referred to as IS) of hazardous industrial facilities (hereinafter referred to as HIF) and expects the personnel to understand the complexity and scale of the tasks facing the Company in the area of industrial safety.
The Company considers the IS management system as a necessary element of effective production management and assumes obligations to manage production risks affecting the life and health of the employees, the Company's property, and sets the following goals:
absence of accidents and incidents at the Company's HIFs;
reducing the risks of accidents and incidents at the Company's HIFs;
creating safe working conditions at the Company's HIFs.

1.2. In order to achieve the set goals in the field of IS, the Company assumes the following obligations:
to comply with the requirements of the international standards and legislation of the Russian Federation applicable to the Company's activities in the field of IS;
to provide methodological support and updating of the system of organizational and technical documents in the field of IS;
to ensure the prompt implementation of a set of preventive measures aimed at eliminating or reducing potential risks at the Company's HIFs, including the risk of accidents;
to conduct risk assessment and management in the field of IS;
to ensure a quick and effective response to all incidents, accidents, fires and emergencies that have occurred as a result of the Company's activities;
to ensure the reduction of accidents and incidents, to prevent their spread beyond the territory of the Company's industrial facilities;
to introduce and apply advanced technologies that contribute to the prevention of emergencies and incidents;
to implement the Company's action plans for IS;
to ensure the necessary level of competence of the Company's employees in the field of IS;
to provide the Company's activities in the field of IS with all the necessary resources (financial, human, material);
to inform and interact in the field of IS with all stakeholders (public, state supervisory authorities).

2. OBLIGATIONS OF ACHIM DEVELOPMENT LLC TO HOLD CONSULTATIONS WITH EMPLOYEES OF HAZARDOUS INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ON PROVISION OF INDUSTRIAL SAFETY

In order to reduce accidents and injuries during the operation of the Company's HIFs, the Company undertakes to consult with the Company's employees on the issues of ensuring IS in accordance with the procedure established in the Company for conducting such consultations.

3. OBLIGATIONS OF ACHIM DEVELOPMENT LLC ON IMPROVING THE INDUSTRIAL SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The Company, in compliance with the requirements in the field of IS, assumes the following obligations to improve the IS management system:
to plan measures in the field of IS and monitor their implementation;
to identify and analyze the reasons for non-compliance with the requirements of the IS and (or) the effectiveness of planned activities;
to perform corrective actions in order to prevent the causes of non-compliance with the requirements of the IS;
to analyze the functioning of the safety management system;
to make the appropriate changes to the IS management system:
based on the results of the analysis of the functioning of the system in case of changes in regulatory legal acts that establish the requirements for IS management systems at the Company's HIFs;
based on the results of consultations with employees of the Company's HIFs and their representatives;
based on the results of collection, analysis and use of information on accidents and incidents at similar HIFs of the Company.
